1:1 MENTORSHIP

Tasia Clemons: Testimonial

I worked with Kayley in a variety of ways - the most recent - we had a hypnotherapy session. Prior to Kayley, I never really was sure about hypnotherapy. I had heard about it from people, watched videos, and read up on what hypnotherapy was and how it worked. However, I knew I wanted to see for myself and the only person I trusted to share that vulnerable experience with was Kayley.

My session was transformative. As someone who was unsure about hypnotherapy, I've now transitioned into a space where I would like to continue doing this monthly/bi-monthly. My own personal story came up during this session - and it was stuff that I thought I had come to terms with already. Things that I assumed I had already healed from - but this session let me know that there was still some lingering pain from when I was younger. I wasn't expecting any sort of breakthrough during this session - I was expecting how to break from certain patterns and limited beliefs...but I had all of the above. A breakthrough, pattern breaking, and even breaking out of my limiting beliefs. Believing in myself became undeniably easier and fear, since my session, has been sitting in the passenger seat. Still riding the ride, but not controlling the direction of my life, my actions, or my choices. I, now, fully decide those with confidence, grace, and a whole lot of happiness.

Kayley believed in my story, my path, and more importantly, she believed in me. I feel that Receive Hypnotherapy created a space of knowing that I am going to be vulnerable - but that vulnerability will unknowingly become my strength. And it sure did. Thank you, Kayley!

Did you have any hesitations before you booked? What made you decide it would be worth it?

I did have hesitations, mostly because of fear of what would come up. But what made me decide that it would be worth it was the understanding that this would be part of my process of setting myself free. Seeing Kayley live in full liberation inspired me to want to do the hard work.

If you were to tell a friend about Spiritual Hypnotherapy, what would you say?

I would say that Spiritual Hypnotherapy is a chance to break the patterns that have been holding you back. These patterns could be something you're aware of, but its the ROOT of the pattern sitting in the subconscious that we intend on healing.

What was the most memorable part of your hypnotherapy and/or mentorship experience? Or what was the biggest takeaway for you specifically?

I feel FAR more BOLD. Ready to take on the world and do things that I know will serve me - the money will come. But life doesn't stop. I shouldn't let fear of my credit score going lower or how much money is coming out when I invest in my wellbeing stop me from doing EXACTLY THAT -- investing in myself. Because ultimately, investing in myself will pay off down the line. I deserve it!
